Highway & Infrastructure

Projects undertaken in this sector were related to Environmental and Social Assessment, ESMS/EHS Audits, RAP/LEP preparation that was carried out in accordance with IFC/ADB/WB safeguard requirements. Some of the assets for which the services were provided are:

• State Highway (multiple roads - 1400 Km) in Rajasthan

• ToT project (15 National Highway Authority of India road assets in Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu)

• A Road Asset near Palakkad (Kerala)

• Six Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) Projects in Maharashtra and Gujarat

• Three Road Assets in Maharashtra, Western Gujarat and Meghalaya

• A Road Asset near Dhule (Maharashtra)

• A Road Asset near Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh)

• A Road Asset near Malda (West Bengal)

Power (including Renewable Energy)

• Social Due Diligence of 8 large thermal power plants (NTPC) for proposed ADB financed Environment Improvement Project – policy compliance with ADB’s SPS (2009), IFC guidelines, applicable laws and regulations pertaining to social (specifically Involuntary Resettlement and Indigenous People), environment, health, safety, and labor in the investments' country of operations

• Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and Community Development Plan (CDP) of the IFC financed 180 MW Greenfield Ratlam Wind Power Project commissioned by Continuum Wind Energy

• External compliance monitoring (IFC PS) of 100 MW IFC financed ACME Solar Power Plant in Badi Seed Village of Jodhpur district, Rajasthan

Railways

• GIS Mapping & Assessment of Railway Corridors for Electrification in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan (7 Corridors) for preliminary assessment and identification of social and environmental receptors for the Electrification of Indian Railways which is to be financed by Asian Development Bank (ADB).

• Social Safeguards Compliance Audit of the involuntary resettlement and indigenous peoples’ actions for ADB funded Railways Track Electrification Project in India
